The Museum reopens on 7th April 2025.

Our new opening hours are:

 

Monday 10am–4pm

Tuesday 10am–4pm

Wednesday 10am–4pm

Thursday 10am-4pm

Friday 10am–4pm

Saturday 10am–1pm

CLOSED Sundays and Bank Holidays.​

On Display

Our display cabinets feature both permanent and visiting collections.

​

We also have an extensive archive. If you have a specific area of interest please get in touch, we'd be happy to review our archive as part of our 'on demand' service.

How to Find Us

The Museum is located in the old Squirrel Hotel, 28 Fore Street, Wellington, Somerset TA21 8AQ.

There are regular bus services stopping on the High Street and a Car Park almost opposite the museum.
